If your account is suspended

A suspension stops new activity while we look at something that was reported or that broke our terms. It doesn't strand anyone's money, and you can appeal.

What still works

  • Orders that are already paid carry on to the end: send what you sold, confirm what you bought, report a problem.
  • You can still read your messages, orders and reviews.

What stops: listing, buying, making offers, starting or sending messages, and withdrawing. Items you had for sale were taken off the shop.

Your money

Money in your wallet stays yours. You can't withdraw it yourself while suspended, but our finance team can pay it to your bank account once it isn't tied to an open dispute or to what you were suspended for. They check your bank account name is yours first, and you're texted when it's sent. Balances under ₦1,000 can't be sent by bank transfer.

How to appeal

  1. Email us

Write to hello@9jacycle.com from any address, with the phone number on your account. Say why you think the suspension is wrong, and attach anything that shows it — receipts, screenshots, photos.

  2. A person reviews it

A person at 9jaCycle reads your appeal and looks at the account again, including anything you sent. We reply to every appeal.

  3. You hear the decision

If we lift the suspension, everything works again at once; items taken off the shop can be listed again. If it stays, we tell you why, and your balance can still be released as above.
