You keep the whole asking price
No commission, no listing fee, no percentage off the top. If you list at ₦18,000 and it sells, ₦18,000 reaches your wallet. Our fee is paid by the buyer, on top.
The maths, on one sale
Every marketplace you have sold on before takes its cut out of your side. We take ours from the buyer instead, and this page is generated by the same pricing function that settles the order — so if that ever changed, this page would change with it rather than quietly keep promising the old number.
When the money is yours
Buyer pays
Held in escrowIt is not yours yet, and your wallet will not show it. The money sits in escrow until the item arrives — which is the same protection that makes a stranger willing to buy from you in the first place.
You dispatch
Within 5 daysBook a rider you trust and hand the parcel over within 5 days of the order, then add the rider's number when you mark it sent. The delivery fee the buyer paid comes to you with the item price, so the ride is covered.
It arrives and the buyer confirms
Or 48h automaticallyOnce the buyer marks it arrived they have 48 hours to confirm or raise a problem. If they go quiet after that, the order completes on its own at the end of that window and you are paid. If they never mark it arrived at all, we ask them after 5 days, and you can report it delivered with a photo, which starts the same 48 hours. A silent buyer cannot strand your money.
It lands in your wallet
Yours to withdrawWithdraw to the bank account on your profile whenever the balance is at least ₦1,000. Add the account first — we cannot pay out to nowhere.
Miss the dispatch deadline and the sale is gone
This is the rule worth knowing before your first sale. If 5 days pass without the parcel being handed over, the order cancels itself and the buyer is refunded automatically. Not as a penalty — a buyer whose money has been held for 5 days with nothing moving deserves it back without having to ask.
Your dashboard shows the deadline on every order that has one, and the ones running out lead the list. If something has come up, message the buyer — most people are reasonable when they are told.
Nobody reviews the cancellation and there is nothing to appeal, because no judgement is involved: the deadline either passed or it did not. Watch the clock instead.
Offers and haggling
Buyers can offer below your asking price, and you have 48 hours to accept, decline or counter before the offer expires on its own. Only the most recent offer in a thread can be acted on, so you can counter freely without worrying that an old number is still live somewhere.
Accepting fixes the price for that buyer. They then pay the agreed amount, and everything above applies unchanged.
If a buyer says it was not as described
They can open a dispute while the parcel is in transit or inside the confirmation window, and the money stays in escrow until a person has read it. Your side is read too — the whole message thread and any photographs are part of what gets looked at, which is one more reason to keep the conversation here.
What we ask of you
Photograph the actual item, describe the wear honestly, and fill in the specifics — size, brand, condition. It is not box-ticking: those fields are what buyers filter on, so an item without them is an item most people never see.
Listings that are counterfeit, not as described, or pushing buyers to pay off 9jaCycle get taken down, and an account doing it repeatedly gets suspended. A suspension stops new listings, offers and messages — orders already in flight carry on, because a buyer waiting on a parcel should not be punished for something you did.
